系統采用積分球形式，建立一個極弱紫外光面目標，對紫外成像系統的紫外光靈敏度進行測試。

本系統用來檢測紫外組件的探測靈敏度及計數率與光強的關系，包含積分球組(含兩個積分球與可變光闌)、光功率計(甲方提供)、光源、衰減片(及濾光片)及控制系統等，其中積分球采用級聯的方式連接，之間設有可變光闌(甲方指定或購買)。

光源擬采用UVCLED，其光線通過衰減裝置1、可變光闌1進入積分球1，積分球1、可變光闌1組成一級光衰減器；后接可變光闌2和積分球2，可變光闌2和積分球2組成二級衰減器，積分球2同時接功率計1和功率計2。

在積分球2輸出口得到輻射出射度可以控制在10-8~10-19W/CM2，輸出口口徑為50MM。
